Our refund and returns policy
If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a full refund, but we will be more than happy to replace a defective item.
So, for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
There are situations where partial refunds can be approved within 30 days of purchase such as:
Any item not in is original packaging or having damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to manufacturing.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your card, or original payment method, within seven days of your email notification.
Late or missing refunds?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund posts.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund and posting.

Sale items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged in shipping. If you need an exchange for the same thing, send us an email at support@coeur-designs.com
Shipping returns
To return your product, mail your item to: Coeur Designs 4694 E French Gulch Rd, Coeur d Alene, ID 83814.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
